**Role Summary:**

The Enterprise Application Engineer role will be a member of the CRM & Sale Enablement Practice pods in GE Digital Hubs (Bangalore and Detroit) and based out of the Digital Hub Detroit. He/she will be responsible for configurations on SFDC platform. He/she will closely work with architects, designer and other team members to deliver the business functionalities in Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds. This role will span across industry domains.


**Essential Responsibilities:**

In this role, you will:


+ Responsible for configuring SFDC platform and closely work with the architect/designer and rest of CRM & Sales Enablement Practice teams/pods.

+ Collaborate regularly with product & program manager/delivery leader and other track leads on design & build related activities.

+ Collaborate with development resources and finish the assigned tasks throughout the build and test cycle.

+ Must be self-motivated, independent, and able to work well with different teams with minimal supervision.

+ Understand the business strategic platforms and leverage right set of platforms and processes to deliver the most optimal solution.

+ Define and maintain technical knowledge regarding solutions and platform.

+ Bring build related best practices on the SFDC and platforms.

+ Other duties as assigned.


**Qualifications/Requirements:**

Basic Qualifications:


+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or comparable/related field

+ Minimum 2+ years of IT experience with SFDC or and should have worked on one or two salesforce.com implementations

+ Either Salesforce Admin certified or ability to complete certification within 3 months of starting


Eligibility Requirements:


+ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job

+ Must be willing to travel up to 10%

+ Must be willing to work out of an office located in Van Buren Township, Michigan


**Desired Characteristics:**

Technical Expertise:


+ Great expertise on Salesforce.com CRM and its Development Life Cycle. SFDC Configurations/Customizations - User Interface, Lightning, Page Layouts, Tabs, Custom fields, Custom objects, Validation Rules, Triggers

+ Good hands-on experience on customization like APEX and Visualforce

+ Exposer on creating workflows, approval processes, validation rules and sharing & security rules; Working Knowledge in Generating Reports, Dashboards, customized reports and analyzing the data in SFDC

+ Experienced in developing and administrating projects on Salesforce platform

+ Ability to perform in extremely dynamic environment with Agile development approach

+ Keen interest to learn current and emerging technologies and build expertise

+ Experience in multiple CRM platforms
